Hey Guys,
We spoke to the vendor today and have some mixed news. The Alison Glass Essential Thread Collection order was confirmed and sent to processing by the vendor. The vendor is currently on holiday, but we were told that their warehouse will fulfill pending orders as new shipments come in. Currently we can not confirm whether the groups order will be shipped out as their office staff is on holiday. We have let our warehouse team know about this package and they will have these out if they do come in before the vendor's staff can confirm shipment status. Otherwise once the vendor returns from holiday on 8/18, we will reach out to them and get updated info.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the Alison Glass Essential Thread Collection and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we will process the refund right away.
