What does "lifetime" mean? Lifetime of the product or the owner? If product, what's that number, exactly? Been burned on this kind of BS before.

I was mainly concerned that it said "guarantee" on the page, but their FAQ says it's a warranty. Now I'm just wondering if this gets a rip in it over time due to carrying heavy stuff, is that covered under the warranty? Sounds like it just covers defects out of the factory
