Hi,
I paid 45€ for this item, I live in Amsterdam, Netherlands and I received a delivery notice specifying I was charged 20,36€ for the delivery, very bad surprise ! I'm posting here since I couldn't find any contact on the website or more specifically in "my transactions" section. Does anyone know if I will get my money back if I don't get my package ?

irisationabsolutely not massdrop are not like that! I got a sleeping bag and got charged 60 euro upon delivery ! consider yourself lucky hahah

LukeCanoThis is not correct:
1/ When I ordered there was nothing said about extra fees for delivery, but I've been asked for at the delivery point.
2/ Moreover, it's been now 14 weeks I refused the package, I haven't been refunded yet.

irisationbest of luck in getting that refund , i was saying “absolutely not “ in response to getting a refund. I dont think you are likely to get one , but good luck.
