This chair is just ok. It does the job of acting as a chair but honestly isn't very comfortable. I thought it would be such a great chair but it is just ok. The idea of a two legged chair is honestly just bad I mean you have to balance the stupid things all the time or else you will fall and sometimes you may want to sit something in the chair oh wait you can't because the item would most likely fall out of the chair since it is two legged. The weight is also an important factor although it is only 1.3Lbs I'd gladly lug around a 2Lb four legged chair from Amazon for a total of $30. Also after sitting in this chair for a while you may experience some pain like I do the pain is a side effect of a bad chair I guess. One more thing the chair seems flimsy and not very strong and although I weigh about 150Lbs I still feel like I will break this chair also it is not for tall people as I am 6'2" and uncomfortable in the chair. This chair again does the job but not to my satisfaction.

LukeRoesenerYour experience is very different from mine - I get a sore lower back from 4-legged camping chairs, never from my Monarchs. I'm 6'2" 185lbs and I find it very comfortable. I'm honestly not sure how your height would affect your comfort in the chair unless you were significantly taller than me.
I could see how you might think they feel flimsy but they really aren't - a couple of my friends have had theirs for 3+ years of hard use. One of those guys (same size as me) literally takes his everywhere with him, and another friend with one is same height but probably 200 or 210lbs. I've broken one but it got a lot of use and I sat down in it really hard after several drinks... I've also broken regular 4-legged camping chairs so maybe I'm just rough on chairs.
Anyway, I guess they're not for everyone!
