Wow, this thing is beautiful. I wonder if it would be capable of securely holding my diabetes "kit" (two vials of insulin, 4~10 syringes, a blood glucose meter shaped like an oversized USB thumb drive, and a short pen-shaped lancet device, with room in the zipper pouch for alcohol swabs and lancets). Right now I carry a 10" netbook/tablet bag, and sometimes I just get annoyed with it. Something to clip to a belt loop would be excellent!
