We craft and ship all our products from our Chicago-area workshop, but Massdrop is responsible for purchasing and tracking the postage. If you have questions about tracking, arrival time-frame, etc. their team are the ones to contact. Also, you may receive your order in two separate packages if you ordered any add-ons like a notebook. Massdrop ships those add-ons directly from their warehouse.
