Again, you make room for everything, you end up with a bag. I have put my headphones in it before, but they were the behind the ears type. And it was still a stretch because of the bulk.

Ear buds. MD sells some very nice ones.
Or you could buy a headphone the folds into itself and comes with a case plus sounds decent and can clip to the outside. http://v-moda.com/crossfade-m-100/
It's what I carry on the go and clipped to my bag.

I'm going to assume and stay with it, that he was being sarcastic. Like he doesn't actually intend to fly a plane just because of this bag.
But if he actually does fly planes. This will be awkward. And I'm fine with it.

This seems to be for commuters, not pilots, necessarily. And it would add unnecessary bulk for a product like this, so I stick by my statement.

Well, I'd say it's not for you if you want to store your headset in it. As I pointed out earlier:
