The leather feels nice. The size is too small for any conventional pocket notebook. The one it includes doesn't even fit perfectly.

Great Build Quality but Very Soft Leather
The stitching, proportions and overall build quality of the notebook cover is top notch. I love Allegory goods! My only gripe is that the leather on this product is really soft which makes it easier for the cover of a notebook placed inside to pop out of the insert slips on the edges unless the notebook itself is hard-cover.
