Hi I'm James and I'm just a fan of Allegory. I suggested this Holster and Allegory listened and WENT with it! That tells you how they care. I recently made the transition from cargo pants at work to dress shirts and my story with this idea has been about how to stay true to my outdoorsmen self while working in an office environment. As a minimalist backpacker I notice there’s no way to stash my wallet, phone and EDC in my dress jeans or slacks, and I don’t want to carry a messenger bag AND a laptop bag. Tight pockets, left-behind-gear and a desire to have something unmistakably practical inspired this idea.
The Everyday Holster is able to carry a front-pocket wallet as well as little necessities like headphones, notepad, etc, without stuffing pockets or lugging a messenger bag. The Holster functions as a way to connect all of your day’s activities with all of your clothes, it’s like the central nerve system to all your bags.
Wake up camping and clip the Holster onto your belt loops and head home. You’ll have wallet, phone, vape, keys and EDC in one fist, no matter what you are wearing or how fast you have to roll out. Once home, toss it into your laptop bag, no bulging pockets slowing you down on your jog to the “L.” Clip to your dress jeans belt loops and have a completely concealed EDC kit under your dress shirt tails. After work it snaps into your otherwise preloaded lightweight gym bag with no need to check if everything is there. On the way to dinner you can tap your right hip once, knowing everything you need for all night is on you.

AllegoryGoodsThe only thing I wish was that it had a space for an edc pen and perhaps a notebook. I like this a lot better than the other EDC pouch- the loose fit of the leather on that one makes it really bulky, while this one is less so.

ChuckDeeThe elastic pouch on the back is ideal for an edc pen, kinfe, and/or other edc items (there is a leather pouch in the center for the phone, the snap under the carabiner opens that up).
What size notebook? If you were thinking field notes we can check and see how that might fit.

AllegoryGoodsAny word on that fit test? I really do like it for EDC, but not without the field notes.

ChuckDeeChuck,
The field notes just fits into the zipper pocket on the front. It's snug, but it fits!
Thanks, Chad
