Alpha & Delta KS100 True Wireless Earphones

My left earbud stopped connecting after 4 months. Nothing I do will get it to reconnect. I emailed their customer support twice as these are still under warranty and there has been zero response. Drop should not sell from shady companies like this

Do not buy these they suck bad, I bought a pair and they were dead on arrival. First of all the case had zero charge so I pluged in my usb C Mac Book Air charger did not work wtf, so I read the little manual and it says that it is picky I kid you not so ok then I pluged it into an Anker portable battery bank, said it would take 3 hours to fully charge took over night. Case was fully charged it has a row od light indicators on the inside but guess what the iems themselves did not charge at all. Let me ask you this when was the last time that you bought a battery device that didn't have at the very least an 80% charge when you opened the box? NEVER not until I bought this hot garbage, by the way I bought it from Amazon and yes the box was factory sealed and cellophane. Obviously I returned it for a full refund. I talked to a YouTube reviewer who had bought two and after a month they both died...... So stay away and do not buy. Peace from San Tan Valley, Arizona.
