How do I get these earbuds to power on? I charged them in the case as per the instructions, but the earbuds do not power on when removing them from the case. I tried manually powering them on with the MF button but nothing happens. The reset instructions did not work either. Customer service has been unresponsive.

Received them today, charged, did exactly what you did. Can’t get them to turn on. Bummed.

Hello, Teo from Alpha n Delta here! There is no ANC or pass through. However, passive noise isolation is really good due to the universal custom design.
