At this price, the value is outstanding, but what I liked best about my KS3s (before I lost 'em) is that they did not feel like they were being pushed out of my ears because they were too big. After losing that pair I upgraded to another brand/model - a bit more $, definitely better sound, this upgrade model had some eq switches on the bodies, but I am writing this to say it is the fit that is the key feature, from what I have learned. The finest sound is annoying as heck if you must continually push the IEMs into the ear canal and hope they stay because they are too darned big to fit into the minor helix of the pina (ear). For me, these were set and forget. I truly miss that. Addendum: I see there is confusion here: for some, perhaps the problem is the fit in the external auditory canal. This is not what this post describes. I assume you are able to find the perfect ear tips. The next problem you face is that the size and weight f the iem continually tries to work its way your of your ear. For me, it is because the body of the iem simply does not fit into the allotted space within my external ear - the pocket formed by the inner helix of the pina.

bnewmanActually, it's the external auditory canal. 🤓But I know what you mean.

susa6267There is but one ear canal, the other is a tube. The external auditory canal was renamed as simply the auditory canal and the Eustachian tube was renamed the auditory tube when many eponyms were removed from standard anatomical nomenclature> I believe the term "External ear canal" was considered redundant or misleading or both, as it terminates superficial to the tympanic membrane, which separates middle from outer ear. The diagram here will clarify the arcane and modern names. I teach this stuff to licensed healthcare professional students. Thank you for your comment.

susa6267Eponnys were discouraged in medical school, except where no alternatives existed; Achilles' heel, to name one. We are both correct. Nemaste.
