Lightweight Bomber With NASA Patches

Introduced in the early 1950s for the US Air Force, and eventually adopted by the Navy and other branches of the armed forces, the L-2B flight jacket gets an update in this version by Alpha Industries. This lightweight bomber is well suited for spring and fall days when the temperature falls above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Made with a nylon shell and lining, it features the classic rib-knit collar, waistband, and cuffs. Along with two snap-closure hand pockets, there are a pair of interior pockets and a zippered utility pocket on the sleeve with a red “Remove before flight” tag. Three patches complete the look: one with NASA’s “meatball” logo, one commemorating the 100th space shuttle mission, and one depicting the American flag.

Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color (gunmetal, replica blue, or white) and size (XS–3XL). Some sizes have limited quantities.
