Finally heard back from the vendor and they will be shipping the group's order in 48 hours. I will call back tomorrow and the day after to confirm that the order has shipped. Once it on its way I will update the group with and estimated delivery date. The warehouse team knows to prioritize this order and will focus on it as soon as it comes in.
