Another brief update for you all. Unfortunately, the vendor shipped the remaining units (as mentioned in the previous update), but had them sent to our office rather than our warehouse in New Jersey. Thankfully, we caught this error before the shipment arrived and it is now being rerouted back to the correct destination. Updated tracking for the order shows that it should now arrive on 4/21. We'll make sure to prioritize this shipment upon arrival so that each order goes out as soon as possible.
Again, we are sorry for the delay you have all encountered and are working hard to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Thanks for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/22 or earlier if anything comes up.
