Hey guys,
We've noticed that some of you are not satisfied with the size ordered for the NASA jacket. The size chart and the advice to size up was taken directly from the manufacturer's website. However, we are willing to provide an one-off courtesy to the community for those who would like a different size.
We'd like to facilitate an exchange of sizes within the community for jackets that are unworn. Please send an e-mail to support@massdrop.com indicating your existing size and the size you would like to switch to and we will help coordinate the exchange. Please note that this process will take some time and we'll keep you updated. For those of you who have already reached out, our support team will be contacting you shortly.
For those in the community that we cannot find an exchange for, we'll be offering a refund provided the jacket is unwashed, unworn, and with tags still in place.

I usually buy L in jackets and T-shirts etc., following instructions I select one size up i.e. XL. I also tried to research the measurements online for the same model but all the sizing charts were very ambiguous.
I just received my jacket and it is WAY to big. I live in Sweden and don't know how to return it.
What do I do now?
I also had to pay import tax which makes this sting even more, although that is not anyones fault.

Thats is a shame.
That was my las purchase on Massdrop, the size chart provided was incorrect and due to this we have a jacked that we can not use... 93$ to the trash

I received my jacket today. I used the table provided by Alpha Industries to meassure the size... and at the en the size was too big for me... what can I do?
My size was XL and now I'm almost sure that I need a L or maybe an M.
As I can see this is common for others, we need a solution for this.

I'm in the exact same boat. I simply followed instructions to size up according to MD and this thing is HUGE. Yet, no returns or exchanges allowed so now it will just sit in the closet or donated unless someone wants to size up...
