What is different about this from a mil-surp M65? The leather patch?

draksThe main difference is the material, which is water resistant. It feels a bit more like a raincoat compared to the more cotton feeling of a mil-surp m65. I actually like it quite a bit, it doesn't feel too plastic-y.
