Checking back in with a quick update. We just got off the phone with the vendor, and they informed us that the arrival of their shipment has been delayed. They were expecting their supplier to ship everything out to them on Monday, but this has been pushed back out to next Monday. Transit time will take 2-3 days, so inventory should become available towards the middle of next week.
Our vendor understands the urgency of this drop and will do their best to turn around your individual orders the same day the shipment arrives. Unfortunately, when this drop is fulfilled, it will be past the estimated ship date. If you prefer to not wait on your earplugs, please reach out to our support team, and they will issue you a full refund.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/2 or sooner if something comes up.

ArthurMIt's a bummer that this seems to happen so often with orders, but at least this situation is being handled correctly.

ArthurMI've taken part in two Massdrop's so far. The first one was canceled and now this one is delayed. This makes me hesistant to try another drop.
