We have some news to share with everyone regarding this Alpine drop. Around 90% of this drop has been fulfilled by our vendor. They received the bulk shipment earlier, but upon receipt, they realized that they were significantly short-shipped the Pro Silvers. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email, that means you are effected by this shortage.
Both Massdrop and our vendor have been looking into alternative sources to procure enough inventory to support the outstanding orders. We haven't found an ideal source yet, but will continue to do so. The lead time they are getting from the original supplier is 3 weeks, but we obviously are trying to beat that.
Regardless, if you prefer to not wait on your earplugs, please reach out to our support team, and they will cancel your order for a full refund.
