Just wanted to jump in answer some of the questions that have been coming up. When tracking was uploaded we were told by the vendor that the group's order would be shipping shortly.
Around the 7th it looked like a good percentage of the orders still hadn't shipped. We reached out to the vendor and were told that the remaining orders would be shipping shortly. This occurred a few times over and we have been reaching out to affected group members through our support channel to keep people looped in. Unfortunately it looks like a few of you didn't receive or were not added into the list of people that were affected by the delay.
We have been reaching out to the vendor and an almost daily basis to try and get an ETA on these and have heard multiple ETAs and as of now unfortunately cannot confirm with accuracy when the remaining orders will be shipping. That being said we were told the remaining orders will ship tomorrow. We will be calling tomorrow to verify.
We can offer the affected group members the following options:
1. We will work for you and keep working with the vendor to get these in and shipped to you as soon as we can
2. Cancel your order and process a full refund
Since the number of people affected is larger we will continue to post updates in the discussion rather than 1-on-1 follow ups. Please stay tuned to the discussion forum for the latest.
Expect an update from us on 1/25 or sooner if something comes up.
