We received an update on the status of this order earlier from Amber. Unfortunately, due to the holiday volume at the machine shop as well as several last minute high priority government contracts, Amber lost the machine hours that was originally allocated for this order. While she was able to complete and ship out quite a few orders before the holidays, most of the order have to be delayed as a result.
We are waiting for Amber to get back to us on the revised estimated shipping date for the remaining outstanding orders. We will update everyone here as soon as we do.
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay on your order, and we appreciate your patience while the order is being prepared. However, if you prefer to not to wait and want to cancel the order altogether, just reply to this email at support@massdrop.com, and we will take care of your request right away.
Expect an update from us on 12/31 or sooner if something comes up.

nelsonNormally even a reply of "we have no news" is totally acceptable. A week after the latest deadline, this is getting frustrating. If I didn't want these silly little cubes so bad, I would have cancelled my order. It would be nice to get a message stating that nothing is happening, as opposed to radio silence.
