Seems pricey for what it is? Nice looking wallet/field notes case, wouldn't mind paying that price if it was hand stitched and had horween or other USA made leather. Saddle stitch is more than strong enough to keep leather goods in great shape over time. The rivets make it thicker than it needs to be. Still, a nice looking piece, just a little expensive for what it is/the work that goes into it.

Also- just my personal preference that I prefer hand sewn leather goods. Rivets certainly work and add a different aesthetic! My comment wasn't intended to insult or call into question the quality at all.
mayorblurpsTotally understand! You clearly know your stuff when it comes to leather, and we really appreciate you expressing your thoughts in such a respectful way. Plus it is great for us to have the opportunity to explain in more detail the thoughts and considerations that go into our designs and material selection.
