it seems like AO doesn't really care about Massdrops order and are waiting out for orders to bleed so they don't have to supply their sunglasses at the rate Massdrop had negotiated with them.
Personally, I will not deal with AO again after this drop, their production line has failed to deliver, and their brand name has lost it's value in my eyes. I will be posting in other male fashion forums about this experience and request others who are in this order to do the same, they literally have one job, and they failed at that.
I have bought Ray Bans, but i will not pull out of this mass drop until I am forced out of it by MassDrop as i really want to see how far will AO and Massdrop stretches this.
Massdrop should hold sellers and companies more accountable (if they don't already). Massdrop should have a legal process involved with incentives for example, if not delivered in 15 days, buyers get an additional 5% discount, and have a set maximum delivery date. If they let suppliers run their business model, Massdrop's brand is also tarnished. I would think twice about massdropping again (and i'm saying this in the nicest way possible).

mayankTotally agree with what you have to say, but I think it is entirely possible AO is simply swamped with orders and not used to working on a short timeframe -- their orders are probably typically placed months if not years in advance for larger customers like military PX's etc. There just might not be enough elasticity in their production capacity to deal with rush orders of several hundred pairs -- THAT SAID, we are paying MassDrop to do the due diligence for us as to whether their suppliers are actually capable of fulfilling their orders in a timely fashion, and they've failed me more times than they haven't so far...

BRAILLEAgreed with this and the legal process of reducing the price as time goes on, this drop is getting pretty ridiculous; its looking like this could take 3+ months to get them.
I find it a little hard to believe that producing 210 glasses takes this long from a company who has huge clients like the military, but who knows. Is there no communication over the limit of orders or how long it will take them to produce these?
I saved $10 compared to the price on amazon and could have gotten 2 day shipping... was really hoping to use these in the summer.
