so that they gave us a full refund and that we get to keep our one-pair of socks

Are the warehouse people actually checking anything before they ship it out?

as they expand (a little too quickly) holes and gaps tend to happen and get bigger and mistakes aren't caught until it's too late
it's a trend with many growing companies when the focus gets put into growth and profit and not enough in QA/QC (most companies almost expect that the issues and holes will sort themselves out, which I believe is a very subtle and toxic perspective to have in any establishment)
idarerickIn other words they need to relax for a bit, examine how understaffed their shipping center is, and hire new hands accordingly. Or perhaps they actually need to open another shipping center.
