Hey everyone,
We’ve submitted our order for Andrew Marc Ludlow Watch shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, our vendor will prepare it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update next Tuesday or sooner if something comes up.

Order was placed on a Wednesday. There's no way an update would be available on Thursday. Friday is a national holiday. Saturday and Sunday are the weekend. Monday is two business days since the order was placed. Please tell me why you think three business days is too long.

rkhoThree business days for an update is long. More over the sorting to destinations happens at the Massdrop warehouse. Three days to send out 75 watches to the warehouse is not a big deal.

My account already got charged with 'pending' stated. But my purchase has an error? I don't want to pay twice :| What's the point of the drop then. Not to mention supports via email seem to be so slow at replying :-( about a whole day difference

If anyone is on fence, go on Amazon check the product videos and helpful pics on how it looks on the wrist. The SS Band dials are crammed although sporty but the Leather one is graceful, elegant and states class.
I was on the fence for a long time till i made apples to apples comparison. On the outset, they look very similar.

Everyone, i had selected the SS band but want to change to Leather strap. Do i need to cancel the order first and re-order or just edit the selection?
Update: I edited my selection and chose the Leather Strap. That should do it, right?
