A mis-ship on anything other than a single run item would be an inconvenience. An expensive one time run item you've waited half a year for to arrive only to be botched is on another level. The item sent almost feels intentional because it was so quickly offered as a replacement. Had I said yes you'd have replied, "great you already have it!"
