At this pricepoint:
No choice of switches is a miss.
No option to buy the cymbermat.
No wrist rest option (this style of keyboard NEEDS a rest to be truly ergonomic)
Does it come with a case of any kind?
Will there be any kind of support for replacement parts?
The listing needs a lot of work:
No mention of programmability.
No mention of case materials or finishing quality.
No mention of design or process methods.
No mention of ergonomic design decisions.
What is the per-half weight?
Is the bottom smooth or have grippy feet or what? Sliding keyboard halves are the worst.
What's the internal construction like, is it plate mounted, PCB mounted?

harlwExactly. This price point enters the "special commission" territory. Certainly using 5-axis CNC is a good part of that price. Not providing any information, or accessories, switch choice, or even VIA, is beyond crazy. Very high end custom keyboards with noble materials, tons of accessories, extra PCB and plates, custom finishing and also multi-axis CNC cost about half the price, and of course they all have VIA and complete choice of materials, switches...

harlwThanks a lot, you brought up lots of good points!
We offered icy silver because it gives Hatsu the aesthetic the designer wanted. It's not that we don't want people to customize their own, we did have some Hatsu owners try opening their Hatsu up without damaging the PCBs. Also, we can offer replacement PCBs to those who decided to open their Hatsu, you guys just need to contact us and we would be more than happy to help you out.
The Cybermat sold out pretty quickly in every drop and we will try to make more in the future with improved design.
We are working on our own wrist rest for our keyboards, especially for Hatsu, and details will be revealed really soon.
Hatsu has its own carrying case just like any of our products.
We will have replacement parts made for all our products to make sure our product owners can always have a working AM product.
For the second part that you mentioned needs a lot of work we will check carefully and consider the points you brought up. Again thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts with us we truly appreciate that!

*Help* Screw in stabilizers not fitting in Dropshift V2 keyboard
I'm trying to build a mechanical keyboard with screw in stabilizers, I've build some mechanical keyboards with click-in stabilizers, never with screw in. Somehow one of the pins of the metal top-part collides with the screw in stabilizer of the numpad "enter key". I already tried grinding of a bit of the pin that collides with the stabilizer, but unfortunately I can't make it fit/close properly. You can see that the pin of the toppart leaves a mark on the bottompart of the stabilizer, see picture 2. What am I missing? Using Durock V2 in a Dropshift fullsize V2. Want to build a Clicky Mech Keyboard. Where to begin?
Hello all. Am brand new to the idea of building my own keyboard. Have not a clue where to begin this process. I am a Sim Game enthusiast. American Truck Sim, DCS Flight Sim and goes from there. Need some real help on where to start for making my own Full Size, Clickey Mechanical KB. I want each key to have its own backlighting. Are there keys that are better than others for this? Is there a great spot on site for a person who has never even taken a keyboard apart? Let alone fixed or built one? I would like it to fit my theme of Red and Black. Yet maybe have the option of changing things up a bit. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all kindly, Durazell

Does the ALT v2 PCBA support USB-C e-marked cables?
Currently my ALT v1 does not work with e-marked USB-C cables. I was wondering if the v2 PCBA does support these types of cables (thunderbolt 4 cable for example)?
