Is there ever going to be a possibility that the magnet the mod mic is using has any negative effects on speaker in the headphones I attach it to?

DhuppI have the Modmic 3.2 and I don't believe it is having any affect.

DhuppNope. the magnet on the clasp is nowhere strong enough to interfere with the coil on the headphones :)
