uh cmon massdrop, it took over a month to ship i got mine on black friday, i finally got them and it only came with the micless which i ordered.........- the 2 extra bases i spent 5$ to get so i can have.........4 bases total ill try to get into contact with customer service about sending the two extra bases with my akg k7xx

fuifuiFuifui, I'm in the same boat as you. I bought the extra clasps as I have multiple headphones I plan on using the microphone for and I didn't receive them. I honestly assumed that my order didn't ship as quickly because I ordered the extra bases, but nope, they still left them out.
TheEvilLightBulbSame here, got mine last night, bought 2 extra clasps, didn't get them. They didn't show up on the included invoice either, although they are on my transaction history here and I was charged $49.99 (got the muted version, shipped to the US). Anyone who ordered extra bases get them? If not(I am assuming since it wasn't even on my invoice that their ordering system screwed up, and I don't know why it would only screw up on some), I am assuming Mass-drop knows this and will be fixing it. I will contact CS too... please post if you get a response as will I. Not that it is a big deal that I have to wait for 2 extra, I don't switch headphones that often, 2 bases is good enough for one open and one closed HP set for now, but I would like to get them.
Side note... I will be putting this on a set of Audeze LCD-XC's and given the finish on the wood I am worried the adhesive will damage the finish(especially after a while). Will post over at head-fi too, but maybe someone here knows if the adhesive will damage/remove the lacquer or not? The finish on these things is incredible and I would hate to screw it up, especially considering I know I will sell them eventually, being a HP whore and all...

CraftyhackHey, I also ordered the extra base clamps and have tried to contact support nothing yet. Also, I can't really hear my mic unless my mouth is on it.
KurryUpIt may be a bit, between the xmas rush and the AKG K7XX issues they are working on fixing for everyone, I am thinking they are busy...
I haven't tested mine yet. Have you checked your mic gain settings(if applicable)?

Dual_Air_BagI encountered the same issue when my mic arrived today, I looked at the invoice paper and it only listed the mic. Yet, I paid for the extra two base clamps which were not included. I tried to reach their customer support and haven't been able to get any of their support links to work. The URL just titles mailto: and so forth, the page is just blank.
Do you happen to know of their support email?

PixelI am in the same situation. The extra bases arent listed on the invoice, but they are on the purchase receipt. I will write to the customer support as well.

FirehorseDoesn't MassDrop receive the entire shipment of the product and then ship to everyone who participated? In this case, I think MassDrop should follow-up with Antlion for anyone missing the bases. If some people received bases and others did not, then it would seem the people shipping from MassDrop decided who received that bases and who did not.
FirehorseI wrote to CS about the same issue 5 days ago and still haven't heard from them. Good luck.

TheEvilLightBulbI am also missing missing the two extra bases that I ordered for an extra 5$ If I had known this would be such a poorly managed drop, I would have opted for the special 40% off deal. I messaged Massdrop support 10 days ago and still have not received a response by them except for the default message about delayed responses.
