It's been quite a long time since I've reported this to Massdrop. I did not get the extra base studs which I paid $5 for. I have emailed support, I have commented in this thread, but no response from anyone as I've experienced is usual.

payodpandaOnly option I am aware of if there is no response from Massdrop is to dispute the charge for the $5 with you credit card company, and depending on when it was charged and your credit card's policies, there might not be much time left to do that (60 days from purchase is typical I think).
