Massdrop, why wouldn't you make actual deals? I live in Canada, and with shipping without taxes, it would cost me 65 CAD. On Amazon.ca, it is listed for 60 dollars plus 4 on shipping. Before taxes, it is litteraly cheaper to buy it without your "special crowd-buying deal"!

juliengroulxEven in the US, the deals seem pretty good but then once you add on the shipping cost then there's barely any savings and by ordering from Massdrop you sacrifice quite a lot sometimes as apposed to if you ordered the item from a normal retailer.

AwakeningShould work out to be about $10 off, the only sacrifice is how long it may take to reach you- all other things (warranty, support etc) should be the same. Let me know if there's anything else you feel you're losing out on for the deal.
I fully admit that the value may vary on country :( Wish international shipping wasn't so expensive!

AntlionJoeAhh, it's no problem. This one is actually a pretty decent deal and I was more generalizing than anything else.

AntlionJoeNo worries, I am actually criticizing Massdrop for telling its customers how amazing its deals are when they are a lot of times pretty "meh".
