This issue turned out to be with my Sound card on a handful of Dell Precision towers, After testing on a multitude of other brands of computers, I cannot report any additional issues, HP, Levovo, Acer, Whitebox (ALC887) were tested. There is just something with this pesky Dell Audio, i don't know the chip set it uses but, for whatever reason it does not play well with the switch. other than that no issues on sound from the actual mic itself.
