I have already seen a number of people here that have received omnidirectional mics when they've ordered Unidirectional ones. Those who have contacted support regarding the matter, have you guys received any kind of response? And has anyone noticed that the mic sounds a bit soft? That last point might just be my motherboard onboard sound quality. But i would like to know other people's experiences regarding both the direction and the sound quality. Thanks!

James09Mine sounds great, but I don't have a unidirectional one to compare it to. I can say it's the best sounding of any headset mic I've used.
