Can someone say if the ModMic has good sound quality for others if they hear you? Do others notice when you adjust your mic or put it away from your mouth to drink or cough or whatever (while activated sensitive speaking, no push-to-talk)? A couple of years ago I had bought a Sennheiser headset and you could hear the mic being moved if you've enabled sensitive speaking. Don't misunderstand, I know you'll hear something but with the Sennheisers it seemed like quite a fuss hearing it when you move it.
