Wow. Not even 3 months and the mute switch on this mic is already busted. The mic is okay quality but not the switch. Even when it was working it felt a little cheap.
yea, maybe this would have been better to purchase direct from antlion themselves. I got mine maybe a week after on the bazaar but the hiss was annoying so i didnt touch it for a week or so. Now when i take a good look at it, this was clearly used because its been in its case this entire time but has obvious scratches all over it but am i gonna pay$20-$30 to return a $40 product? live and learn
Hmm it should be new. It's possible we received a unit with some defects. You can reach out to Support and they can help you get a replacement.
I did so about a week ago now and haven't received any confirmation that the support request went through, except for a rather cryptic invitation to sign up for your Zendesk, which I did.
