ECAshBoth columns? Where it says "Audio USB Adapter" have you selected something? (I picked "No I don't need one at this time". For the selection "Audio Y Adapter" did you choose something? Also, "Accessories Combo Pack" you must select an option, otherwise the "JOIN" button will be grayed out.

Satsugaiyou need to select "No I don't need one at this time" if you don't want accessories. I had the same 'problem' with order :D
