Yushine@Yushine If your laptop has a combined port (Mic + Headphones) then yes, however, most do not.... or at least I never tried (I'm actually the marketing guy, not the tech support guy). Typically you'd want to be using the USB adapter for a laptop, as the goal of laptops is to remain somewhat portable and most people don't want to bring their entire audio setup while traveling, so the USB is a good middle ground. However, USB ports on laptops can also be pretty limited in number, so if you need to save a USB slot that may not work either.
TL;DR - Y adapter if your laptop is weird and has a TRSS port, USB recommended if you have a free USB slot, otherwise just plug the headphones into the headphone jack and the mic into the mic jack and don't sweat the details!
