A work of art. Scary sharp right out of the box. Be extra careful because if you drop it, you'll lose a toe....Or a foot.

Picked up the fillet knife. The handle is clunky compared to the Yaxell and Stone series knives. The blade isn't has flexible as I was expecting for a fillet knife. Otherwise decent knife for the price.

Just got the 9" chef's knife. I haven't used it yet, but on first inspection, I must say the fit and finish is TERRIBLE! The spine isn't rounded, the scales aren't flush with the bolster and the pins bulge from the scales. Substandard! Very disappointing!!!
TN001I’m happy to replace it for you, or give you your money back. Please contact me at Depstein@apogeeculinary.com
