We have some news to share with everyone regarding this drop. Our freight forwarder told us today that our shipment is currently being held up at Chinese customs. They are dealing with extremely high volumes right now, and unfortunately, the customs clearance process this time around is taking longer than usual. We have communicated to our freight forwarding partners the urgency of this order, and they will be putting forth their maximum effort to push it though.
Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, our team will be prioritizing this order and will aim to turn it around the same day. However, when the order does arrive, it will be past the estimated ship date. We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience it may cause. If you do not want to wait for your case, please reach out to our support team at, and they will issue you a full refund.
