I have an interesting problem which I'm trying to solve, and I'm not too sure a headphone amp is right for the job. I'm currently driving my Audio-Technica ATH-M50s off my Blue Yeti headphone out jack. The problem is that the impedance on it is 16 Ohms, while my headphones are rated at 38 Ohms, so as you can imagine, the sound is a bit thin.
Would hooking up the output of the Yeti (which in itself is already an amplified signal) into a Headphone Amp such as this one improve the sound quality? Or would I just be amplifying an already weak signal to begin with?
PS, the reason I'm using the Yeti's headphone jack is because it has active monitoring of the microphone.

Not really the same price range, Comparing this to the Grace isn't really fair. If he has the money to spend on the Grace then he has a bunch of options
