Powerful Mini Tube Amp With a Retro Look
The APPJ mini tube amplifiers are a favorite of the Audiophile Community, with past hits including the mini2013. This is a higher-end single-ended tube amp, featuring a powerful, retro-inspired design ideal for driving a variety of passive speakers. It comes with a pair of large Electro-Harmonix EL34 power tubes, plus a 6N4 driver tube. The metal body is mostly silver colored with a gold front panel and feet, and on the front you’ll find a power button and a pair of black knobs: on the right, a volume knob, and on the left, a source selection knob. You can plug up to three inputs in the back of the unit, and choose between them using this source selection knob.
