If Massdrop says you get a 2yr manufacturers warranty, that is what you will get. They obviously have it worked out; if you are one who follows their offerings, you know that they have absolutely no problem selling without warranty and listing items as such. Why would they start lying now? Further, that whole "filling out the warranty card" thing is a remnant of the past. Rolex is trying to keep it alive. I just purchased, 2 weeks ago, a luxury watch at an AD. The store manager, on a smart phone, took a photo of the code on the warranty card and registered it with the manufacturer instantly through their app! It was assigned to me without one drop of ink hitting the warranty card. It is pristine. I'm sure A.N. and Massdrop have their warranty agreement in order.

While the model you allude to may be a better deal, the Massdrop model is different, and is priced well. I personally prefer the dial on the MD watch. However, the fact that the manufacturer's warranty is included does not make me feel one-hundred percent safe, because I'm guessing Massdrop will not fill out the warranty card, with all of the necessary information. And never having owned an Armand Nicolet watch, I don't know how willing they would be to honor their warranty, since I'm guessing Massdrop is not an authorized dealer, and especially without a properly filled out warranty card. Even so, this is a nice watch at a good price.
