That is actually a pretty good picture of the faint glow you can expect. (It is more readable in complete darkness). It is supposedly rated T25, but any Luminox will be noticeably brighter. Compared to low-end Luminox: 1/2 of the price, same low-end Ronda movement, comparable looks, similar carbon case, with the cheap looking 4 screw back, worse lume, the crown is not screw-down, possible QA problems for both. The quality being as it may, fact is there is no other Tritium watch anywhere that can be had for this kind of money. Being mass produced watches, you may get one with gross problems, if so, just return it, and roll the dice again until you get one that works as it should.
