The Isobrite T100 Tritium Valor has very quickly become my favorite daily watch. It is lightweight and comfortable on the wrist, the blue face is very stylish, and the time is dead accurate. I didn't think I'd like the nylon NATO band very much, but it has turned to be very comfortable and, most importantly, cool, which is important to me in hot and humid Florida. Overall two thumbs WAY up.
Arrived yesterday. It's lighter than I expected, which is welcoming. The dial is actually a nice size, it's the bezel that makes the watch larger. However, overall it looks like it wears smaller than it is. I really like the silicon band as it's thinner than I was expecting. The lume is nice at night, though I was expecting it to be brighter. Perhaps I hyped up T100 lume in my head too much.
I am curious when the tritium tubes were manufactured as it would be nice to know how much life has already gone by.
I would also like to know how much carbon fibre is in the polycarbonate case as a percentage.
I think it would be nice if the dial had a subtle texture/pattern, and that the numbers were raised.
What I wish was better is the crown. It spins too easily. Some more resistance would make this better.
Overall, I think the price was right.
Band is cheap and poor design for this large watch went on line and purchased first a stainless then a black srainless and that works for my desires and security
Gave this watch to my son as a gift. He wore it on his deployment to the middle east. Many of his buddies liked it and all were impressed with the brightness of the T100 tritium tubes. Everyone was in agreement that it was a much better watch than a Luminox. Very sturdy watch.
