I have this one - is AWESOME! I couldn't be more pleased with it. I don't use the headband, because I don't want to blind everybody around when I turn to talk to them. I use it whether on the belt (most of the time) or on a chest loop. Got a high capacity rechargeable and it lasts forever (because I never need to use it on the highest power level. (Of course, in cold weather the battery will perform poorly. That's when I use a handwarmer and clip the battery on the inside of my chest pocket to keep it warm(er))

I had this one for over a year now. Last year I bought its little brother (Tiara), which - being a newer generation, has magnetic base. I'm very impressed with both of them (I wish my Wizard had a magnetic base, though -- that's so useful...). I'm using a 18650 Rechargeable (3.6V Li-ion 3400 mAh), which, for my intensive use, makes a real difference.

Can someone confirm for me if this is indeed a diffused headlamp? The front of it looks like it is and the description kinda hints at it "

I was considering this light then ended up grabbing a Skilhunt H02 - was about 1/3 of the price when on sale from Chinese vendors.

from the description: "...adjust the beam to any angle by simply rolling the head up or down." Since the item is a headlamp, and the item is worn on one's head, I suggest the description would read more fluidly as: 'by simply rolling the lamp's head up or down.' - Perhaps this was lost in translation from the original Canadian? Cheers,

IDK I've had mine for a year and no problems...It's a good light. Also have the TiaraAA (used very frequently) and have given a couple as gifts. No problems reported there either. They sent me a cool when I ordered a warm and there was a cross exchange that went smoothly as well....just my experience

These are not made in Canada like Craptek tries to make u believe! They are 100% chinese made with pretty much all profits going OUT of N America!

WiseGuyTWI'm ok with it not being made in Canada. I'd really prefer the warm version as well.
