Has anyone tried this with monitor arms or Samsung G9 monitors? I have a G9 and a secondary screen. Both are attached to my current desk with monitor arms. I'm looking for a new desk, and will need one to support monitor arm attachments.

Looks great, but not wide enough. I mean even if you don't place your PC over it.
The Arena Moto is 63" (5 Feet, 3 Inches) Wide. I have setup many different monitors as well as dual monitors on the desk and still had room for a Full ATX case.

I bought one of these several years ago. I highly recommend it if you sit at your computer for hours at a time.
Howdy Everyone! B.Hutch here. Arozzi is back! If you have any questions please ask!

Is there anyway to order replacement parts? I think i had a defective screw set and my tower and all fell off when the left table pannel screw pilots came unglued/unset, so the screws and holes all popped out. Just need to order the left side pannel and some hardware im sure.
Did you contact Drop or Arozzi customer support?

This video hurts to watch (some might even call it cringe), but here's why you shouldn't buy this desk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWUq56S29cg I've never had worse customer service for a worse product in my life.
ilusions, Here is the deal. For sure you have had issues with the desk. I get that. The customer service you received was not good and we apologize for that and as explained we were going through a major transitional period during that time. That being said we have sold over 2400 of these desk just on Drop.com with almost 100 reviews and almost 4 and a half stars. Do you really think if our desk was faulty and had major issues that 2400 people would not be raising a ruckus about it? Also, how would it get great reviews by almost 100 people? Drop.com is a open forum and people do not hesitate to speak their mind here. I know as I was also the Senior Buying Manager over the Tech community at Drop.com for 4 years. Do you not think its possible that your situation was an isolated case? When I tell you this desk is the best selling, award winning, patent pending gaming desk out there I am not just blowing smoke. You can look it up, its the truth. It sucks the experience you had! I feel for you and am so sorry that that happened. But, I can assure you that is not the norm. If it was this desk would not be so highly sought after and highly reviewed by so many out there, not just here on Drop.com. Something I did notice in your video is that you are using C-Clamp style monitor mounts and have them clamped to the side of the desk. Our desk has custom grommet mount holes in the desk and is designed to grommet mount monitors through the desk. This drastically helps to distribute the weight properly through the surface of the desk rather than all the weight C-Clamped to the side of the desk. Not to say that is the sole reason it had wobble as I am positive there were other factors involved. I just wish that I could have assisted you when you were having trouble. Again, we apologize that things worked out the way they did. B.Hutch

My favourite thing about Arozzi is that I get to play the lottery of defective parts every time I order something. I don't believe my situation was an isolated case because of how many similar situations can be found in this discussion and on YouTube videos about your products. I did a stream for a shady key reseller a long time ago and the giveaway prize for the stream was one of your chairs; I had people in the chat complaining about Arozzi and I didn't understand why until my situation occurred. The customer service could be better now, but I highly doubt that the issue with defective parts being shipped out has been resolved. Drop sells a lot of garbage and people generally buy a lot of garbage products. Your claims don't amount to much. Even if the desk weren't a wobbly pile of trash 1 out of every 50 times (or whatever the defect rate is), it would still be a tiny and overpriced desk with a generic mousepad slapped on top. Look at how many you needed to shove together to create a usable workspace. Fair enough. I didn't know what those holes were for. The desk still wobbled without the c-clamp mount holding up the monitors, but that could have contributed to to the setup being beyond unusable. When the monitors or my laptop were just placed on the desk, it was only unusable. Lastly, you originally said something along the lines of "Ohh... Boo hoo... I really wish I could make it up to this guy." I revealed myself and you instantly went into damage control mode. If that doesn't reflect what your company's all about, idk what does.

These desks are extremely wobbly. I bought one off of Amazon half a year ago. It took me 3 months to return it because Arozzi kept gaslighting me, telling me that I just built the desk wrong, and then that the parts were just bad. When they sent replacement parts, they made me pay for import fees. The replacement parts were really scuffed up and came in a box that was not even taped properly. DO NOT buy this desk; use Facebook marketplace to get a normal desk for much cheaper. I got a big Ikea desk (which was just as thin as this desk) for $30.

To anyone like me who isn't in the states and therefore ineligible for this deal... There's a very good desk just like this one on Amazon (I picked it up last week for $390 CAD). It's missing the netting cable management that the Arozzi Arena has (instead it comes with three sticky clips to be placed underneath the desk top), but otherwise has the same shape and size. The legs on this Amazon desk I would say are even a bit better than the Arozzi, as they include a hand crank and can lift well high enough to be a standing desk (I'm 6', and this desk when raised all the way put my arms above 90 degrees, should be good for someone several inches taller than myself). As I've only received this desk yesterday, I can't say for the longevity of the giant mousepad, but I was pretty impressed by its quality apparent at first touch. Of course, the Arozzi Arena on Massdrop here was only $330 CAD, so I suppose you could say the extra $60 pays for the improved desk legs. Link to the desk for anyone curious...: https://www.amazon.ca/Boost-Standing-Height-Adjustable-Manual/dp/B07FR486B4/ref=lp_7830864011_1_1?srs=7830864011&ie=UTF8&qid=1567235023&sr=8-1
Howdy Everyone! If you have been interested in this desk jump on it now! It will not be available at this price again. Cheers. B.Hutch
