I had about 3 holes in my desk that I wasnt able to get the screws into. The threads that were cut into the pieces had a few large burrs and unfortunately I didnt have a tap set at home to clean them out with :( I also had a few scuffs on the angled support pieces but they'll never be seen by anyone now that its all together.
Otherwise, installation was pretty easy and straightforward. In step 3 or 4 it never tells you to use the screws in bag C. Even though its kind of a no brainer, just something for the fellas at Arozzi to know.
It feels very sturdy, is holding my grommet mounted dual monitor stand like a champ, and I enjoy the texture of the entire mousepad mat on top.

PureAngus62Im curious, did you just leave the screws out? On mine there were two holes that didnt fit with the washers in place, and one where the screw wouldnt go in at all.
PureAngus62Hi all,
This is a new factory that we have been working with to make the Arena. Things have really improved but they still get a few in each production with wrongly tapped or paint-filled screw holes We have repeatedly asked them to fix it but, like I say it is only a very few now. We are sorry if you encounter this issue and will help you out with either a tapping tool or in extreme cases, new parts. As always, please contact us at service@arozzi.com if you have ANY problem with any of our products and we'll get you taken care of.

ArozziScottFirst off, thanks for the reply! I understand that you guys can only do so much on the physical manufacturing side of things but your offer for help is much appreciated. Honestly, now that my PC is all set up it'd be more of a hassle than its worth to re-tap the threads that need it and the desk feels very solid despite missing a few screws.

GolfenI just left out the ones that didnt fit. While it would have been nice to have them all in place, the whole assembly still felt rock solid.
PureAngus62Yes, just yesterday we were at a trade show and left a few screws out to save time. No one was any wiser...it was solid. If you change your mind get in touch with us anytime. I do apologize for not monitoring this discussion. I just forgot that this drop was listed separately.
