Got my desk in a couple days ago and my box was so badly mangled that damage to the desk top was clearly visible through the gaping hole before I even unboxed it. Emailed Arozzi and they were very nice about shipping out a new set of top pieces. Put the desk together with the messed up top, as per their request to see if any other pieces were missing or damaged, and it went together pretty smoothly. It sucks to be looking forward to a really nice desk only for it to arrive beat up but my experience with Arozzi was overall very positive in my book, I'd say if you're having issues don't hesitate to get in touch with them.
