These are in a few Staples locations as a trial run. They're listed at $399, so the drop price is definitely reasonable. I will say though, that if they don't sell out by the end of back to school season, there's a good chance they drop to clearance over at Staples. Overall the quality of the desk seems pretty good, but I wish the three monitor holes that are cut into the mouse pad surface were a little cleaner. I feel like they should have a plastic cover or something to just make it look a bit more premium than a boxcutter slice in the fabric, especially if you don't have three monitors to cover up the ugly holes. (Note: these holes don't seem to be viewable in the official images but can be seen in person or in customer photos)

AlienplatypusHi, we appreciate your opinion and your positive comments. To clarify on your criticism, we considered different ideas for this in the design. We made the holes more or less camouflaged by not putting plastic surrounds on them, otherwise there would be three holes in the back, and the mouse pad would be much more difficult to mount.
Only the middle hole is for a monitor arm the other two are for cables, to run to the cable management net below the surface. Once you have a rig on it and also have used it for a while the slits become essentially unnoticeable.
