I bought this desk in a previous drop and it is a great product! Arozzi customer service is fantastic as well! The desktop panels that came in the original shipment were damaged. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new set of panels immediately. I received my replacement panels and they were, unfortunately, even more damaged than the first ones. Based on the condition of the box, it was pretty apparent to be the shipper's carelessness and not Arozzi's. Nevertheless, I contacted Arozzi customer service again and they offered to send me a third set of panels. Michael--the Arozzi rep--took it upon himself to make sure my third set of panels were packed extra carefully to compensate for any mishandling by the shipper. They were perfect when they arrived! You can buy this desk with confidence. If anything is wrong, Arozzi will make sure it's made right.
